We’ll start with a meeting to figure out what your project needs are and what the scope of the project is. This meeting is just a way for us to get to know your requirements, and there’s no obligation or commitment involved.

Once you give us the green light to work on your project, we’ll put together some initial concept designs. We’ll then show these designs to you for your approval before moving forward.

Once we’ve nailed down the concept design that you’re happy with, we’ll dive into the next phase. This involves developing the design further and creating the necessary drawings and reports required for getting approvals from authorities.

Once we’ve gotten the green light from the planning authorities, we’ll proceed according to the terms we’ve agreed upon. This usually means we’ll start working on the detailed drawings necessary for the construction phase.

If you find that you still need our help at this stage, we’re more than happy to offer our services. This could include assisting with selecting a builder and providing support throughout the construction phase. Just let us know how we can best support you.
